If you are interested in one of our rental properties, please click on the
“Rental Application” link at the bottom of this page. Fill out completely and either
Fax (858)-227-9110, email or drop the application at our office located at
7710 Balboa Ave Ste 223E San Diego, Ca 92111.
Please see "Applicant FAQ" for criteria used to qualify applicants.
The following must be provided to process your application
1) Payment of $25.00 per adult (over 18) for credit check. This fee is itemized as follows: $6.95 for the credit report & eviction search, $18.05 for administrative cost to verify employment, previous rental history, and other application information.

2) Current pay stubs from all applicants for income verification.
Answers to General Questions
-It takes approximately 48-72 working hours for final approval. We will continue to offer the property for rent until final approval; confirmation and a signed lease is completed.
-The property you have applied for will remain in its current condition unless agreements are made at the time of application other than the fact that all dwellings will be well cleaned, painted, carpets cleaned, and necessary maintenance performed (as defined by the management).
-All units are rented on a 12 month lease agreement unless otherwise specified on the rental list.
-Birds and Fish are allowed. Cats & Dogs are upon approval with a refundable pet deposit.
